THE SOLUTION
Pocket replaced Accelerate’s manual verification workflow by calling every insurance carrier directly for each patient - not just checking portals. Benefits are verified with the same rigor Christie applied herself, but without consuming her time. Pocket also handles payer policy monitoring proactively, alerting Accelerate to changes before they’ve appeared on Christie’s radar. Rather than chasing updates reactively, the team can rely on Pocket as an early warning system. The onboarding experience stood out as well. Accelerate came on board during a period of transition - switching EMR platforms at the same time. Pocket’s team made the effort to learn both EMRs, and when Accelerate moved to their new EMR, Pocket guided the entire PT team through the transition.
