This Privacy Policy explains how LetsPocket, Inc. ("Pocket," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit our website at letspocket.com (the "Site"), request a demo, contact us, or otherwise interact with our marketing and sales channels.

This policy applies to our marketing website only. If your clinic is an active customer of the Pocket platform, the handling of patient information processed through our product is governed by our Business Associate Agreement (BAA) and Product Privacy Notice, which take precedence over this policy for that data. Information you provide to us


We collect information you submit directly, including when you:


• Book a demo through our scheduling tool (name, email, phone number, clinic name, role, number of locations, and any details you share about your needs).

• Contact us by email, phone, or through forms on the Site (your name, contact details, and the contents of your message).

• Subscribe to communications such as newsletters, product updates, or case studies (your email address and any preferences you provide).

• Apply for a job or partner with us (your resume, work history, and other details you choose to share).


Information collected automatically


When you visit the Site, we automatically collect limited technical information through our analytics tools:


• IP address (anonymized through hashing)

• Browser type and version, operating system, and device type

• Pages viewed, referring URL, and timestamps

• Approximate geographic location (country/region level)


Our website uses Framer's built-in analytics, which is cookieless and does not store persistent identifiers on your device. We do not currently use cross-site tracking cookies on our marketing site. If we add additional analytics or marketing tools in the future, we will update this policy and, where required, request your consent.

Our marketing site relies on Framer's cookieless analytics and does not currently set non-essential tracking cookies. RETENTION

• Demo and contact requests: typically retained for the duration of the sales relationship plus 6 years.

• Marketing subscribers: retained until you unsubscribe.

• Website analytics: retained in aggregated, non-identifying form per Framer's analytics policy.

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information against loss, theft, and unauthorized access. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

PATIENT DATA

A Note About Patient Data

If you are a patient of a clinic that uses Pocket, this policy does not apply to your protected health information (PHI). Your clinic is the responsible party for your healthcare data and operates under HIPAA and applicable state laws. LetsPocket Inc. acts as a Business Associate of the clinic under a signed BAA. Please contact your clinic for questions about how your health information is used.
